Ten Steps To Help You Get Your Order

1- Registration: Customer can register as our member via official website or social media platforms.
2- Sales Sends Catalog: Sales provide corresponding catalogs to customers
3- Inquiry: Customer send their inquires
4- Quotation: Customer chooses desired products and the sales make a quotation    
5- Order Confirmation: Update and confirm proforma invoice
6- Payment Confirmation: Customers must be to provide payment voucher and they can choose the payment method as TT/ Paypal/ Western Union, etc.
7- Production: After receiving the customer's payment voucher, the sales will start stocking, and arrange the shipment within 48 hours after the payment is received.
8- Delivery confirmation: Under normal circumstances, delivery within 72 hours. The customer needs to provide a detailed of payment address, contact name, telephone number and the declared value suggested by the customs invoice. The sales will provide final invoice and tracking number to customers on the next day after shipment.
9- Order Complete: Express delivery will arrive at the address designated by the customer within 5-7 days, and the sales will follow up whether the customer receives the express delivery in time.
