To protect your own rights and interests, please read the following terms carefully:
All parts we supplied enjoy 12-month warranty to assure you a stable performance and if you find any defective ones during the warranty, please feel free to contact us for return/exchange or refund.

1-General terms:

  • All the products are with warranty for 12 months since the package shipped out.
  • Please contact our sales rep with the details of problems once you got any problem. Video or clear images & detailed description of problem would be necessary for better understanding and got things fixed fast or include replacements for you in time.
  •  All the defective items have to reach us within 12 months.
  • Besides, we are not responsible with any damage during installation or defective caused by personal factor.
  • All the products with physical damage will be void of warranty.
  • All the products will be exchanged for the good ones and shipped to you together with your next order.

 2-Warranty Exceptions:

  • A.Over 12 months warranty after package shipping out;
  • B.Products with obviously physical damage, such as cable tear, glass broken, glass scratch, paint off, or display damaged;
  • C.Products was damaged during assembling or disassembling;
  • D.Products not from us (We have complete marking system with our own products, you can ask our salesman for more details;)

3-Returning Policy:

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as be shipped, or  at  least safe enough packing method, to avoid any damage during delivery;
  • All products have to be with our sign or stamp or QR code which is very important evidence for warranty(To avoid any waste of time for you, cause products not from us are out of warranty); If you don’t know how to distinguish, please contact our salesman for details.
  • Any non-Cooperat Company products will be returned or destroyed.
  • DOA(Dead on Arrival).

If you find the package unusual delivered, damaged or somebody  opened  it before you sign for, please kindly make a note in advance and report it to our sales as soon as possible, meanwhile, please show us the detailed pictures of the outer box and the inside boxes situation of products. Your cooperation will be highly appreciated and helpful for us to solve the problem and reduce the loss for you.

Scope Of Warranty:

1. Report us for solution within 7 days since receipt of goods, conditions under warranty are as follows: package damage, incorrect amount and unmatched items.
2. Report us for solution after 7 days since receipt of goods but within warranty period, conditions under warranty are follows: unartificial outlook defect and unartificial function defect.

Warm Reminded:

To avoid man-made damage in the process of using thus made it out of warranty scope, please test all the products before installation.

Products Out Of Warranty Range Are As Follows

● Out of warranty period since the acceptance time;
● Have no COOPERAT Stamp on it;
● Man-made damage to products, such as flex cable damage, scratches, glass lens breakage, bezel frame damage, water damage, etc. as the following pictures show.
